Challenge & solution

In the Geely Innovation Center project, a new, smaller district was built, including a large hotel in part of the area. The challenge for our client BRA Group was to minimize the load on the quayside, and some ground actions were required. Our solution involved excavating heavy and contaminated clay and then filling it with Isobetong®. The result of using Isobetong® instead of other alternatives meant that the project could save almost 6000 m³ of excavation and landfill. The production was 300 m³/day and lasted for about 2 months.
